Dear Friends, 

In memory of my mom, Karin Spangehl, who was a long-time supporter of Operation Smile, I have pledged to support Operation Smile Canada and children around the world affected by cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial differences.

Funds raised will allow Operation Smile Canada and their network of medical volunteers to provide free life-changing surgeries which will transform lives around the world. 

By honouring the memory of my mom, you will bring hope and new smiles to children suffering from facial differences.
